What is your Return Policy?
Return requests for items purchased from Midlandhardware.com can be made within 30 DAYS OF THE SHIP DATE. Refunds for the price less 15% restocking fee will be made once the item is received in the store and has been inspected to see that the following conditions are met:
  • Items MUST be in ORIGINAL box and/or original packaging.
  • The item should not have been assembled, installed or used, NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • The item (s) should be returned with ALL parts and manuals.
  • Any type of plastic covering or clam shell should not be broken.
  • There CANNOT be ANY marking or writing on the item's packaging.

** No returns or exchanges on special orders from the manufacturer, large orders over 150 pounds, clearance items. or bulk/freight quotes **

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item to the store. The original shipping charges are not refundable, except in the case of an error on the part of Midlandhardware.com. Refusal of items will result in shipping charges being taken out of your refund. *** Pictures of the products on our site may not depict the product accurately! Please carefully read the product description!*** ***Colors may vary from what is pictured.***

Refused orders may not receive a refund at all, unless prior approval has been given and noted on the order. Our warehouses are not set-up to receive refused shipments. All returned merchandise must be sent to our location for proper processing. Orders that are refused may not be shipped back to our location. Please contact us immediately if you need to refuse a package or if you have already done so.

If we sent you the wrong item or if the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all shipping charges. Return labels can be emailed to print off, or for larger items, FedEx can be called to pick the item up. If you are returning an item for any reason other than the ones stated above, all shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility. If an item ordered is not what you wanted we can exchange these items for you. However, cost to return item and ship new item is the customer’s responsibility. Your refund, including the applicable sales tax, will be issued in the same form of payment that was originally used for the purchase whether it was: credit/debit card or by your PayPal account. Any gift items will also be credited to the original credit/debit card or back to the payees PayPal account. Shipping charges are not refunded unless an error has been made by Midlandhardware.com.

Please make sure that your order has been approved for return before shipping back to us. Any items sent to us, without our knowledge of being sent back, or after the return deadline, will have to be returned to you at your own cost and will not be eligible for a refund. Once we receive your item(s), we will process your refund including applicable sales taxes, within 48 hours depending on the day received. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase: Credit/debit card or PayPal account.
