Sprinkler Hose, Twin-Tube, Brown Vinyl, 25-Ft.

I had read other reviews where customers reported that their sprinkler hose had ruptured. But I decided to try it anyway. I bought two hoses. The first ruptured within a few days, and the second ruptured shortly thereafter. I had to shorten the first one so I knew I couldn't return it. So when It ruptured, I cut off the ruptured area near the hose fitting, hollowed out the divider between the two inner tubes, and added my own new fitting. After the thrid time doing this kind of repair, I examined the inside and found that the apparent cause of these ruptures was the fact that the inside of the hose had been sliced half-way through. This appeared to be intentional since it was apparent on all of the ends that I had repaired. Prehaps it is called planned obsolescence, or perhaps it is just poor manufacture. Either way, if you buy this, it will fail.
