This two-in-one formula can be used as an adhesive and as a caulk. As a caulk it provides an antimicrobial, watertight seal for kitchen and bathrooms, and because of its adhesive strength, it can be used for gluing loose tiles, backsplashes, setting sinks and a variety of other adhesive applications. This dual formulation provides a flexible, water-resistant seal that will not crack or peel when cured. It’s a water-based product for easy application, tooling and cleanup.
