This product is thicker than what I replaced-- use dishwashing soap to lubricate and this gets the rubber strip through the rail nicely. I was unable to find this product in black, so I simply colored it with a black marker. Significantly better quality that I what I replaced. Should last for many years.

These seem to be a little bigger at the Y top portion than some others I'd purchase in the past,so the price on these are very very good-compare with Amazon at 6.99 prime. I purchased 4 ea.since the price is right and they are for my stock. These are light gray which matches my storm door better than a darker gray like some others. My home is a 1967 built home and the storm doors are the same year,so it's nice to be able to still buy them. I highly recommend these over all the others since they are a perfect fit.
