26 x 1.75-Inch No-Mor Flats Bicycle Tire Tube

This tube has been a godsend for the debris-strewn streets of New Orleans. It's a bit heavier and not as "taut" as a pneumatic tube, so it does make the pedaling a trifle more difficult, but this is a small penalty to pay for the "no more worries" aspect. And it pays for itself financially in the first time you don't have to take a taxi home due to a flat.

The tube is a little heavier but what is more noticeable is that pedaling is more difficult, we have a quad 2 seater and both of us can tell a difference. They also don't seem to support the weight as well

These products work to a certain degree, but you have to realize that a tire with "foam" inner tubes may give you protection against flats but that is not the same thing as an inner tube inflated to max safe pressure that will give you a solid safe ride. In other words you are making a trade off, no flats for reliable ride that is "spongy" at best .The ride will not give you the same feeling of solid weight resistant well inflated tires! You must realize that there is a trade off in removing the possibility of inflating an inner tube and instead relying on stay in place spongy 'foam" that is replacing the inner tubes! The ideal solution which no one makes might be a combination of the two but like I said the product does not yet exist on the market. So you are left with the choice; spongy foam that can not go flat or inner tubes that can give you maximum pressure and light weight with possibility of getting flats!
