Quantity changes can only be made if your order has not been processed. Orders are typically processed nightly, therefore any additions/cancellations should be made as soon as possible. We can not guarantee that we will be able to cancel or change any orders once the order has been processed and invoiced.
Because we are a secure site and your payment information is not stored any additions made will need to be paid for in full before the order can be processed. An email from PayPal will be sent to the email address provided on the order. This email will contain a link requesting the needed funds for any adjustments made to your order. How do I know if my order is still in processing?
When you place an order with Midland Hardware we send out several emails updating you on the status of your order. You should receive a confirmation of the order, then you will receive an "order processed" email, and finally an email notifying you that your order has shipped.
If your order has already been processed, you should have received an email from Midland Hardware's Processing Department giving you instructions on what route was taken to get your order to you in the quickest manner possible.
