Canceling an Order Please call or email us as soon as possible to cancel an order. We work hard to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

If your order has not been processed or invoiced we can cancel part or all of your order. Once an order has been processed and invoiced, we CAN NOT cancel the order, no exceptions. If we are able to cancel the order we will refund the order minus a 15% restocking fee for the product only. The refund will be refunded using the original form of payment. If an order can not be cancelled and is shipped, return fees will apply. Please see return policy for more details.
A confirmation email will be sent out from PayPal reassuring you the refund has occurred and a cancellation notice will also be sent from Midland Hardware. How do I know if my order has been shipped? When you place an order with Midland Hardware we send out several emails updating you on the status of your order. If your order has already been processed and shipped you should have received an email from Midland Hardware's Processing Department giving you instructions on what route was taken to get your order to you in the quickest manner possible.
